1. The photographs & video clicked/recorded during any event/function can be used by ‘Soulfulmemories.co.in’ for promotional purposes only.
2. The photographs & videos clicked/recorded during any event/function are part of digital media & that the same if accidentally deleted from our system would make us liable only to pay the amount of professional charges attained from the client for that event/function.
3. The entire copyright of the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where a DISC/USB of photographs has been provided to the bride and groom as part of their wedding collection, these photographs are able to be printed and displayed online for personal use but not commercial use.
4. The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any given time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting her work unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the client.
5. Sneak Peeks and sharing images on social media is part of ‘Soulfulmemories.co.in’ weddings. If this is something the client is not keen on it’s important to inform the photographer before the wedding date.
IMAGE SIZE, COLOUR, STYLE AND COMPOSITION
6. All image sizes are approximate. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. It is sometimes not possible to record on camera or in print the exact colour as seen by the human eye. There is no right to reject on the bases of style or composition. Photography editing styles may be subject to change.
7. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
8. Payment Terms:
25% on booking
25% on date of event
50% within one week of the event
9. Cancellation/Refund:
If cancellation is done 15 days before the event, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Retouching
10. All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. The photographer’s judgment regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the Client for preview shall be deemed correct.
Retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.
Prints/Reorder
11. All prints and recorders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and no responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing.
